Returns / Replacements
If you are dissatisfied with your product for whatever reason you will have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the product to request a replacement or a refund. You may return any items purchased on PurringPuppy.com in accordance with the terms outlined below.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging with all accessories originally included with the purchase included.
Goods that are exempt from being returned are:
- Gift cards
- Some health or personal / pet care products
To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase or receipt.
Please do not send your product to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are permitted (if applicable).
Books with obvious signs of use
Any item not in its original condition, damaged or with parts missing not due to our error.
Items that are attempted to be refunded than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your item(s) are received and inspected, we will contact you by email to let you know that we have received your item and we will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement or refund.
If your replacement or return is approved your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment (Credit card, debit card or PayPal, etc.) within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (If applicable)
If you haven't received your refund, make sure you check the same account that you made the purchase from.
If it is not visible contact the company you made the payment through, (bank or credit card company) it may take some time between being released from us and showing up in your account. This is normal.
If you have checked your payment provider and your bank account and it is still not showing then contact us at email@example.com
Sale Items (if applicable)
Only normal priced items may be refunded, you may request a replacement of a sale item if it is faulty or the wrong item.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are damaged or defective. If you want an exchange of an item email us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you with further details on where to return the item(s) for exchange. Please remember the 30 day rule for exchanges or refunds.
If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit to the value of your return. Once the item has been received a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the product(s) shipped to themselves to give to you later, in this instance we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on the delivery address, the time it takes for replaced items to arrive may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £75 / $75 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or taking out shipping insurance as we can't guarantee we will receive posted items.
